Tori Ellis, M.A.

As a creative yet systematic thinker, Tori’s work at CMA involves various services in the areas of assessment and organizational development, including individual and organizational assessment, strategic planning, competency modeling, team building, training, and developmental coaching. She is currently the Director of CMA’s leadership development program, The Leadership Advantage.
Prior to joining CMA, Tori participated in a global, high-potential performance appraisal process for a leading worldwide consumer products company. She also participated in the analysis of a selection improvement process for one of America’s largest privately held financial companies. While attending the University of Missouri–St. Louis, she contributed to the development of the UMSL Student Satisfaction Survey. She has coauthored professional topic presentations for The Society for Industrial/Organizational Psychology and for the American Psychological Association.
Tori earned a Bachelor of Arts with honors in Psychology and Spanish from Westminster College and a Master of Arts in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Missouri – St. Louis.
Tori is a St. Louis native and lives with her husband, two kids, and three rescue dogs. She enjoys CrossFit and outdoor adventures, including a recent climb of Mt. Rainier.
