Kelli Huber, Ph.D.
“I find it highly fulfilling that we get the opportunity to engage in the (often overlooked) personal side of business to help individuals grow, find more fulfillment in what they do and shape how they view themselves.”
Kelli has a knack for gathering and analyzing complex data and information to make sense of an organization’s unique situation, helping to craft effective solutions. Her work at CMA focuses on organizational assessment and development projects, team building, employee surveys, statistical data analysis and leadership development—she finds it especially rewarding to develop high-potential leaders because they impact such a breadth of people on a day-to-day basis. A creative yet critical thinker, Kelli has conducted research in a variety of areas, including employee wellbeing, person-to-organizational fit, veterans in the hiring process and goal orientation.
Prior to joining CMA, she assisted in the creation of a leadership development program along with a plan for evaluation for a Fortune 500 financial services company. At a large retail organization, she assisted in the design and analysis of employee satisfaction surveys, created training materials and analyzed assessments for selection.
Kelli holds a Bachelor of Arts with honors in Psychology and a Certificate in Business Administration from Saint Louis University, as well as a Master of Arts and a Doctorate of Philosophy in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Missouri–St. Louis. She taught a Psychological Tests and Measurements course at the University of Missouri–St. Louis, where she also served as a member of a research team federally funded by the U.S. Air Force to investigate individual trust in automation.
A huge nature lover, Kelli loves spending time in Forest Park, running, hiking and exploring new cities. She is also an avid Cardinals fan who enjoys spending quality time with family and friends.
