Dulce Vega, M.S.

Dulce has spent over nine years partnering with nonprofit, automotive, and research institutions, hospitals, government entities, global companies, and academic institutions. She serves as a thought partner and uses data analytics to advise and provide guidance on organizational assessments, DEI roadmaps, compensation audits, market research, organizational development, and strategic planning. She has conducted training and development on DEI and leadership topics for various audiences across industries.  

Dulce received a Bachelor of Arts in psychology from DePaul University in Chicago, IL. In graduate school, she received a Master of Science in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Saint Louis University in St. Louis, MO. Dulce’s primary research focus is on inclusion in the workplace and occupational health psychology. Outside of work, Dulce enjoys spending time with her family and visiting museums across the country.
