Dulce Vega, Ph.D.

Dulce focuses on areas such as leadership development, diversity and inclusion initiatives, scenario planning, organizational assessments, interview 360s, market research, and organizational development projects.

Prior to joining CMA, Dulce held internal and consultative roles specializing on organizational development initiatives, training and development, compensation, data analytics, business development, and diversity, equity, and inclusion strategic plans, partnering with nonprofit, automotive, research institutions, hospitals, government entities, academic institutions, and Fortune Global 500 organizations.
Dulce earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from DePaul University and her master’s and Ph.D. in Industrial Organizational Psychology from Saint Louis University, specializing in quantitative methods and organizational development. She is an award-winning researcher, instructor, and mentor who helps others develop expertise in statistics, data analysis, diversity, equity, and inclusion, and occupational health.
