Zach Graham, Ph.D.

Zach joined CMA Global as a full-time consultant in 2024. Prior to this, he founded Ninety9 Equity, a consulting and coaching firm that focused on working with founders and start-ups.

Zach has worked in various industries, including healthcare, construction, real estate, private equity-funded hospitality, military, and tech start-ups, which help inform his consulting and coaching practice.

He leverages his background and training in leadership development, counseling psychology, and sports and performance psychology to support clients in maximizing their impact within their organizations and lives. Zach has coached leaders across organizations, from middle managers to executive teams to start-up founders. He specializes in supporting clients as they learn how to best leverage their strengths while navigating their growth areas.

Zach has spent thousands of hours in counseling and coaching training and practice, devoting the vast majority of his education and career focus to the practice of coaching. He leverages the best evidence-based practice and is currently developing a coaching model to support other coaches in their own practice.

Zach received a Bachelor’s in Health Sciences, a Master’s in Counseling and Sport Psychology, and a Ph.D. in Counseling and Organizational Psychology, all from the University of Missouri-Columbia. His past and current research focuses on the critical factors that contribute to effective executive coaching.

In his spare time, Zach enjoys traveling, listening to live music, exploring new eateries, and dominating opposing pickleball players with his wife, Sidney. They reside in the Kansas City Metro and are avid fans of the best television show ever created: Survivor.
