Dana Borchert, Ph.D.

Since 2010, Dana Borchert has been a trusted member of the CMA Global consulting team. She provides clients with tools to grow into the professionals they aspire to be. With her extensive experience in succession planning, assessments, performance evaluation, team building, and developmental coaching, Dana creates strategies tailored to each organization’s unique needs.

Dana earned a Ph.D. and Master of Science in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Saint Louis University. Her studies also focused on neuroscience while earning a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Iowa. This background gives her a deep understanding of both psychological and physiological aspects of human behavior.

In 2012, the St. Louis Business Journal named Dana one of its “30 Under 30” rising professionals. She has co-authored academic publications and presented numerous professional papers. Dana is also dedicated to community service. She served as chair for the St. Louis Children’s Hospital Young Friends Board. From 2016 to 2017, she chaired the United Way of Greater St. Louis Young Leaders Society.

Dana enjoys an active lifestyle rooted in her Wisconsin upbringing. She grew up skiing and thrives in cold weather. She now balances fitness and family, practicing hot yoga and biking local parks with her husband and toddler.
