Assessment for Selection

Would you buy a house without a home inspection or purchase a new car without a test drive? Of course not. You’d want to know what you’re getting into before making such a large commitment.

Our Unique Process

We gain a full understanding of the role, the responsibilities and the cultural environment before starting a selection assessment. While many assessments only look at a single dimension, we use a multi-faceted approach to look at not only a candidate’s skill set in regard to the desired role, but also how they fit into the organization’s culture, their potential for advancement and more.

A licensed psychologist will provide a customized, personal interpretation of validated normed data—we don’t use automation to analyze our assessments, ensuring that our recommendations are grounded in human behavior and not just statistics.

CMA has a range of assessment processes ranging from hourly and entry-level jobs to executive and CEO positions, with special assessments for sales and sales manager positions. The executive-level assessment includes real-life simulations of high-pressure situations that an executive might face on a day-to-day basis. This helps us gauge and assess realistic reactions and decisions that a candidate would make when faced with the challenges that the job entails.
