Pride Month 2022 Kickoff
The first day of June officially kicks off Pride Month, where we take the time to celebrate our LGBTQ+ peers, colleagues and friends. For many, Pride Month is a time of joy, where queer communities feel safe to show their whole selves at parades, parties, concerts, and more. Simultaneously, Pride Month should also be a time of humble reflection on the progress the LGBTQ+ community has made and the battles that we have left to fight to gain full equity and inclusion.
Our ultimate aim as a firm is to help provide an equitable experience for all workers, regardless of industry, sector, or individual difference. During the month of June, we are executing this mission by focusing our efforts on the experience of LGBTQ+ workers and will be sharing materials that highlight and provide practical tips for best practices in inclusion, diversity, and equity. By elevating, highlighting, and celebrating our differences, we can create a healthier workplace where each employee has maximal opportunity for success.
