Iwan Webster, M.S.

“I believe every individual is capable of greatness and has potential that can be unlocked. I want to help people and organizations unlock the potential they have, so they can move onward, forward, upward, and higher.”

Iwan is a Ph.D. student in Industrial Organizational psychology at Saint Louis University. He received his B.A. in psychology, with a concentration in I-O Psychology, from Maryville University of St Louis in 2021, and in 2023 completed his M.S. from Saint Louis University while pursuing his Ph.D.

Originally from Liverpool, England, Iwan is a passionate soccer fan and was a collegiate athlete for Saint Louis University and captain of Maryville University soccer programs. His love for teams, performance, and competition led him to pursue a career in Industrial Organizational Psychology, where he desires to apply psychological research to improve the lives of employees and the performance of organizations.

Iwan has had the opportunity to engage in research and projects surrounding workplace mentoring, leadership development, and strategic planning. His master’s thesis investigated the leadership styles and qualities of workplace mentors, studying what mentor leadership behaviors are associated with positive workplace outcomes for mentees.

In his free time, Iwan still enjoys playing and watching soccer, reading and listening to podcasts, being involved in his church, and spending time with his wife and family.
