Iwan Webster, Ph.D.

Since joining CMA Global in 2023, Iwan Webster has applied his expertise in Industrial-Organizational Psychology to help clients strengthen leadership, enhance performance, and foster employee well-being. He earned his Ph.D. and M.S. in I-O Psychology from Saint Louis University and holds a B.A. in Psychology from Maryville University of St. Louis.

Originally from Liverpool, England, Iwan’s background as a collegiate athlete and team captain has shaped his passion for teamwork, leadership, and high performance. That foundation continues to shape how he works with clients – collaborative in approach, grounded in research, and focused on delivering thoughtful, results-driven solutions.

Outside of work, Iwan enjoys playing soccer, reading, staying involved in his church, and spending time with his wife and family.
