Iwan Webster, M.S.

Iwan is a Ph.D. student in Industrial-Organizational Psychology at Saint Louis University, leveraging extensive academic and practical experience to help organizations enhance their performance and employee well-being. He earned his B.A. in Psychology from Maryville University of St. Louis, concentrating in I-O Psychology, and completed his M.S. at Saint Louis University in 2023 while continuing to pursue his doctorate.

Originally from Liverpool, England, Iwan’s background as a collegiate athlete and team captain has fueled his passion for teamwork, leadership, and high performance, driving his career in Industrial Organizational Psychology. He has gained valuable experience through consulting engagements and research in areas such as workplace mentoring, leadership development, and strategic planning. As a dedicated partner in organizational initiatives, Iwan combines his passion for applied research with hands-on experience to deliver insights and solutions that improve organizational effectiveness.

In his free time, he enjoys playing soccer, reading, and staying involved in his church, while cherishing time with his wife and family.
