Victoria Valentin, B.A.

Victoria is a PsyD student in Organizational Psychology at Rutgers University. She transitioned directly into her doctoral studies after earning her B.A. in Psychology from West Chester University. It was there she developed a keen interest in applying psychological principles to improve workplace environments.

During her studies, Victoria has engaged in extensive research and practical initiatives focusing on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), leadership development, and the impact of comprehensive wellness approaches on employee productivity and satisfaction. Her notable efforts include leading DEI training, organizing staff bonding events, and developing innovative workplace learning platforms. She brings her enthusiasm for wellness, diversity, equity, and inclusion, along with leadership development, to her role, aiming to foster healthier organizational cultures.

In her free time, Victoria is a Zumba instructor, where she brings her passion for fitness and wellness to her community. She also enjoys traveling, exploring new cultures, and spending quality time with family and her dog, Bella.
