Tori Ellis, M.A.

Tori Ellis is a leadership consultant in St. Louis who brings momentum, connection, and clarity to leadership development work. As a Vice President and Training and Development Service Line Leader at CMA Global, she partners with leaders through assessment, coaching, and training that feels engaging, human, and immediately relevant.

Tori works across industries, including construction, healthcare, and financial services. She supports leaders on the people side of leadership, with a focus on self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and growth. At the same time, she helps managers strengthen the day-to-day skills that shape real performance, including communication, delegation, feedback, performance management, and goal setting.

Her consulting style reflects who she is. Tori is energetic, fast-thinking, and deeply relational. She brings people into the conversation quickly and creates a sense of connection that helps leaders feel at ease. That presence builds trust early and allows her to be direct in ways that land. Tori holds a Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Spanish. Her training allows her to translate data and leadership insight into practical steps leaders can apply right away. She believes trust is the foundation of meaningful development and the most important part of the coaching process.

Outside of work, Tori’s world revolves around her kids and her dogs. She enjoys traveling both internationally and across the United States, creative writing, and weightlifting. And while it may stay off her resume, her long-term personal dream is to compete on Survivor.
