Krisztina Szabo, M.S.

Krisztina is a Ph.D. candidate in Industrial/Organizational Psychology at the University of Central Florida. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of South Alabama and a master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Central Florida.

Throughout her graduate studies, Krisztina has been involved in several research projects focusing on cultural diversity and interpersonal relationships in the context of spaceflight as well as team resilience. Her thesis examined the influence of team personality composition on team decision making, while her dissertation involves investigating team resilience with a specific focus on adversity characteristics and corresponding team mechanisms.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her family and playing sports.
