Savannah Sylvester, Director of Operations & Client Experience

Savannah Sylvester brings structure, heart, and high standards to her role as Director of Operations & Client Experience at CMA Global. She works across teams to ensure that processes run smoothly, client needs are anticipated, and consultants have the tools they need to do their best work.

She began her journey with CMA Global in 2014 as a receptionist and has grown with the company ever since. Over the years, Savannah has taken on new challenges, improved internal systems, and helped shape the way CMA delivers client experience. Her career path reflects one of CMA’s core beliefs: when you invest in people, they grow, and your business grows with them.

One of Savannah’s proudest accomplishments is building a team culture where people feel free to be themselves, take pride in their work, and support each other’s growth. Her no-nonsense motto, “Do Better,” is more than a phrase. It reflects the way she leads, learns, and motivates others. Her drive for continuous improvement helps CMA deliver service that is thoughtful, efficient, and people-centered.

Outside of work, Savannah enjoys spending time outdoors, especially hunting and fishing. She also has a quieter side and loves cross-stitching and crocheting. Her dream trip is a cross-country road adventure to Alaska.
