Reuben Faloughi, Ph.D.
Dr. Reuben Faloughi is a leadership advisor in Tampa, Florida, who helps leaders navigate complexity with authenticity, courage, and meaningful human connection. As a Senior Affiliate at CMA Global, he partners with executive teams, family-owned business councils, and emerging leaders across healthcare and construction. His work focuses on courageous leadership development, conflict management, and helping organizations build cultures rooted in trust and cultural humility.
Dr. Reuben believes human-centered leadership begins with personal growth. He helps leaders recognize how the way they lead at work is deeply connected to how they show up in their lives, relationships, and communities. His coaching style is honest, skills-based, and grounded in encouragement and empowerment. He holds a PhD in Counseling Psychology and is an active member of both the American Psychological Association and the Florida Psychological Association. His perspective is shaped by diverse experiences, including advanced training in multicultural psychology and his time as a football letterman at the University of Georgia (GO DAWGS!). In 2025, Dr. Reuben delivered a TEDx talk on moving beyond people-pleasing to lead with compassion, a theme that continues to inform his work with leaders today.
