Reuben Faloughi, Ph.D.
Dr. Reuben’s approach to their work is inspired by the words of Jimi Hendrix, “When the power of love overcomes the love of power, the world will know peace.”
As an organizational psychologist, Dr. Reuben offers coaching, training, and interactive workshops to help people and organizations humanize the self, other people, and work environments. Dr. Reuben understands the power that organizations have to positively (or negatively) influence both individuals and society and jumps on opportunities to co-create transformational change! Moreover, as a practicing clinical psychologist, Dr. Reuben recognizes the importance of individuals and groups maximizing innate human tools such as compassion, mutual respect, and growth-oriented mindsets, which Dr. Reuben believes are vital to organizational transformation.
Prior to joining CMA, Dr. Reuben combined skills acquired as a licensed psychologist, speaker, consultant, educator, Division I student-athlete, and artist into engaging speaking and training experiences. These experiential experiences aimed to enhance wellness, communication, and leadership among our human community.
Dr. Reuben earned his Ph.D in Counseling Psychology at the University of Missouri and his B.S. in Psychology at the University of Georgia. His dissertation explored how a dialogue based diversity and social justice course influenced student’s multicultural competencies. Given the success of the course, the college adopted the course as a requirement for all incoming students. Dr. Reuben’s work has been published in peer reviewed journals and he continues to speak and collaborate with a variety of clients in a variety of industries.
Outside of work, Dr. Reuben enjoys playing guitar, reading, writing, and resting (aka doing ’nothing’)! He also enjoys nature walks and scouting local grocery stores and farmer’s markets for the freshest produce to juice!
