Michelle Streich, Ph.D.

Michelle Streich is a senior affiliate at CMA Global who partners with leaders navigating complex people dynamics and high-pressure environments. Her work focuses on executive coaching, with an emphasis on helping leaders show up with greater self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and accountability.

Michelle works primarily with leaders in utilities, healthcare, and IT. Many of her clients are managing competing priorities, organizational politics, burnout, or long-standing development challenges. She helps leaders address these issues directly so they can move forward with clarity and confidence.

Her coaching style is direct, straightforward, and grounded in empathy. Michelle brings a strong data-based perspective to her work and does not shy away from difficult conversations. Clients value her ability to hold them accountable while also demonstrating genuine care and respect. As a result, leaders often find themselves pushed just beyond their comfort zone in ways that lead to meaningful change.

Throughout the coaching process, Michelle helps leaders identify the root causes behind patterns that have held them back for years. She reflects back what she sees, including where intent and impact do not align. This honest feedback helps leaders break old habits and build stronger self-regulation skills. Over time, clients gain practical tools to approach challenges differently and sustain new behaviors.

Michelle holds both a PhD and Master’s in Industrial-Organizational Psychology. She is a licensed psychologist and is certified in DiSC. Her published research includes work-family conflict, which continues to shape her holistic approach to leadership development. She is a member of the American Psychological Association and the Georgia Association for Industrial and Organizational Psychology.

Outside of her work with leaders, Michelle enjoys traveling and exploring new wine regions. A first-generation U.S. citizen and college graduate, she brings a deep appreciation for growth, opportunity, and perspective into every client relationship. New Zealand remains one of her favorite places to visit and reflect.
