Michelle Streich, Ph.D.

“I enjoy helping people to be their ideal self, both in their work and personal life. Also, I enjoy helping organizations identify the root causes of their most important issues.”

During her career, Michelle has helped to integrate talent management systems into organizations, developed and led succession planning processes, developed leadership development programs, facilitated numerous team building programs and led various assessment centers. She has also coached leaders in order to help them be more effective in their current roles, while preparing them for future responsibility.

Michelle earned her Master’s degree and Doctorate in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Tulsa. She has focused on individual differences as a topic for both her research and career. She also has a strong interest in helping people to achieve the work-life balance they are seeking.

Michelle is a member of the Society of Industrial/Organizational Psychology and Gateway Industrial/Organizational Psychologists.

Looking to always grow personally and spiritually, she enjoys reading, traveling with friends and family, watching movies and savoring good wine.
