Curiosity and persistence define Liam Ryan’s approach to leadership. As a leadership assessment expert, he helps executives cut through complexity to understand what drives performance and what gets in the way. In his role as Vice President and Assessment Service Line Leader at CMA Global, Liam partners with senior leaders and teams to make confident decisions about leadership, succession, and organizational growth.

Liam’s work spans executive coaching, succession planning, and executive team development. Clients turn to him when traditional advice falls short. He works with leaders to untangle the politics, power dynamics, and human behavior that often slow progress. Known for being both direct and thoughtful, he blends psychological insight with business pragmatism. Based in St. Louis, Liam holds a PhD and master’s degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and is a licensed psychologist in Missouri. Before joining CMA Global, he advised leaders in complex organizations on how to strengthen accountability, navigate transitions, and align leadership teams around what matters most.
