“My goal is to motivate others to engage in their work with clarity and confidence.”

Lee draws on her expertise in personality and behavior to partner with executives to optimize their leadership and to build effective teams. With twenty years experience as a management consultant, Lee enjoys helping executives to achieve their business objectives. She challenges her clients to fully utilize their strengths and to make positive changes in their thinking and behavior by encouraging self-awareness through coaching and the use of individual and 360 assessments.

Lee received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Vassar College, where she graduated Cum Laude. Her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology is from Palo Alto University, and she completed a Post-Doctoral Fellowship at The Menninger Foundation. She is also the co-creator of the Madam President Camp, a non-partisan camp which provides girls ages 10-13 with an introduction to leadership, governing, and civic engagement.  When not shuttling her teenage children to their next activity, she has fun taking long walks with her husband and dog, doing yoga, and seeing friends.
