Jon Hinrichs, Ph.D.
“We evaluate ourselves by considering our accomplishments and how people treat us. But success is influenced by circumstance, feedback is edited, and past performance is not future potential. Psychological assessment helps you step back and objectively compare yourself to thousands, to lean in where you shine and develop where you may fall short.”
Jon consults with leaders across healthcare, construction, manufacturing, and athletics to select the right the person, coach the future leader, evolve organizational culture, and align teams. Jon studied psychology at Emory University then received his Ph.D. in clinical psychology from Saint Louis University. He specialized in personality assessment and behavior change with executives, physicians, politicians, athletes, and entertainers at The Menninger Clinic’s Professionals Unit. Jon is a licensed psychologist and a member of the American Psychological Association, Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology, and Society for Consulting Psychology.
Jon is happily married and a proud father to two little boys. He is a St. Louis native who clears his head with 18 holes or a stroll through Fast Lane Classic Cars.
