Jessica Meza, Administrative Assistant
Jessica Meza brings creativity, reliability, and calm efficiency to CMA Global’s Operations Team. As an Administrative Assistant, she supports consultants, manages day-to-day details, and helps keep the team running smoothly behind the scenes.
Her career began in customer service, including a leadership role at a coffee shop in Kansas City. She then transitioned into retail logistics, where she sharpened her organizational and problem-solving skills. Later, she moved into banking and mortgage administration, developing a strong foundation in structure and precision. Before joining CMA Global, Jessica took time to focus on her family as a stay-at-home mom—a role she considers one of the most important and rewarding of all.
Jessica values the supportive environment at CMA Global. “Being surrounded by like-minded individuals with shared goals makes for a fun and collaborative workplace,” she says. She also appreciates the flexibility that allows for a healthy work-life balance.
Outside the office, Jessica explores her creative side through photography, writing, and musical theatre. She also enjoys vintage treasure hunting and a good puzzle. When it’s time to relax, you’ll likely find her watching Ted Lasso, which also happens to be the source of one of her favorite quotes:
“I hope that either all of us or none of us are judged by the actions of our weakest moments, but rather by the strength we show when and if we’re ever given a second chance.”
