Jennifer Nguyen is a Partner and business leader based at CMA Global headquarters in St. Louis, Missouri. She guides the firm’s strategy and supports its consultants as they help organizations grow through curiosity, collaboration, and trust.

With more than 25 years of experience, Jen brings a thoughtful, people-first approach to her work. She is known for creating space where others feel comfortable exploring ideas, challenging assumptions, and finding new possibilities. Her influence shows up in the way she mentors emerging leaders and helps senior consultants navigate complex organizational systems with clarity and confidence.

Jen’s background spans executive coaching, assessment, strategic talent planning, and organizational culture. She also brings deep experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion work. Colleagues describe her as creative and observant. They appreciate her steady presence, her ability to listen with care, and her talent for bringing fresh perspective to complicated problems.

Jen earned her PhD in Organizational Psychology from Saint Louis University and a master’s in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from the University of Colorado. She also co-founded the CMA Global Denver office in 2015, bringing her love of the mountains to her professional home.

Outside of work, Jen finds joy in many creative outlets. She designs interiors, writes, plays piano, enjoys dancing, and hiking with her daughters. She believes balance fuels leadership and lives that belief every day.
