Jami Wolfe helps leaders and organizations strengthen performance through clarity, connection, and practical action. As a Partner and Consultant at CMA Global, she focuses on leadership development, family business consulting, and organizational effectiveness. With more than 20 years of experience, Jami has coached and advised hundreds of leaders across industries, guiding them to align people strategy with business success.

Her clients range from small family-owned businesses to Fortune 500 companies. Before joining CMA Global, Jami served as an internal consultant for a large financial firm, where her work contributed to the company being repeatedly recognized among the 100 Best Companies to Work For in America. She also spent several years with Accenture, supporting organizations on workforce performance, executive coaching, and organizational development.

Jami’s consulting and coaching style is practical and results-oriented. She builds trust quickly and partners closely with leaders to understand their goals, strengths, and challenges. Clients appreciate her ability to identify the root of complex issues, communicate feedback clearly, and create action plans that lead to measurable improvement.

She holds a PhD in Organizational Psychology from Saint Louis University, a Master of Science in Industrial–Organizational Psychology from Purdue University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Business and Psychology from William Woods University. Jami also holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification and is an active member of the American Psychological Association, the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Gateway Industrial/Organizational Psychologists, and the St. Louis Organization Development Network.
