Jami Wolfe, Ph.D., S.P.H.R.

Jami focuses on providing direction to allow clients to shore up talent management efforts by providing insight that helps individuals be more effective in their roles. Her experience working internally at a large financial firm and external consulting experience from Accenture gives her a unique blend of perspectives that helps her empathize with the client while offering insight from other businesses or industries.

Jami received a Bachelor of Arts with a double major in Business and Psychology from William Woods University and a Master of Science in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Purdue University. Her Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology is from St. Louis University, where her dissertation addressed transformational leadership and the identification of people at all levels within organizations. She holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources certification. She is a member of the American Psychological Association, Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Gateway Industrial/Organizational Psychologists and the St. Louis Organization Development Network.

A native of St. Louis and a diehard Cardinals fan, Jami enjoys spending time with her husband and three children, golfing, and connecting with friends from high school and college.
