Based in St. Louis, she is a leadership consultant with CMA Global who partners with executives to strengthen awareness, curiosity, and lasting growth. Her work centers on meaningful progress built through genuine connection and reflection.

She earned her PhD in Clinical Psychology from the University of Missouri–St. Louis and is a member of the Missouri Psychological Association. Hanna continues to deepen her expertise through advanced training in conflict management, analytics, and the use of AI in consulting.

Outside of work, Hanna enjoys yoga, travel, and spending time outdoors with her daughter.
