Hanna Collier, Ph.D.

Hanna enjoys working with clients to solve puzzles, connect the dots, and answer people’s questions. As an analytical thinker, she has a knack for helping clients organize and synthesize multiple data sources to understand individuals, teams, and organizations better. Hanna is passionate about exploring the perspectives of others, as well as helping individuals to consider new perspectives and develop insights about themselves. In working with coaching clients, she strives to help them apply those insights to develop self-compassion while striving for personal growth.
Prior to joining CMA Global, Hanna helped design and implement employee feedback systems as a leader in the organizational development and effectiveness team at a Fortune 50 healthcare company. She is a licensed psychologist in Missouri, earning her M.A. and Ph.D. in Psychology from the University of Missouri – St. Louis. In line with her interest in understanding the broader forces that shape our lives and behaviors, she completed her doctoral emphasis area in Gender and Diversity Studies and her B.A. in History from the University of Illinois at Springfield. Hanna completed her postdoctoral fellowship at the Cincinnati VA Medical Center and VA National Center for Organization Development, where she specialized in both interprofessional team-based care and organization development.
Outside of work, Hanna likes to explore new places, both through international travel and scouting new spots in St. Louis. She enjoys reading, yoga, getting outdoors, and time spent with her loved ones.
