Hanna Collier, Ph.D.

“I combine data and behavioral science with my natural curiosity to help clients answer their people questions and achieve growth.”

Hanna enjoys working with clients to solve puzzles, connect the dots, and answer people’s questions. As an analytical thinker, she has a knack for helping clients organize and synthesize multiple data sources to understand individuals, teams, and organizations better. Hanna is passionate about exploring the perspectives of others, as well as helping individuals to consider new perspectives and develop insights about themselves. In working with coaching clients, she strives to help them apply those insights to develop self-compassion while striving for personal growth.

Prior to joining CMA Global, Hanna helped design and implement employee feedback systems as a leader in the organizational development and effectiveness team at a Fortune 50 healthcare company. She is a licensed psychologist in Missouri, earning her M.A. and Ph.D. in Psychology from the University of Missouri – St. Louis. Hanna completed her postdoctoral fellowship at the Cincinnati VA Medical Center and VA National Center for Organization Development, where she specialized in both interprofessional team-based care and organization development.
