Jessica Fisher, Lead Document Specialist

As Lead Document Specialist, Jessica oversees and aids the Document Specialist team in the preparation, creation, and finalization of CMA’s assessments and documents.

She and her team work closely with consultants to help customize the assessments that develop our clients’ people. Jessica combines her detail orientation, passion for English, and eye for graphic design to help create, revise, and polish additional documents that further our clients’ development journey. She thrives in CMA’s fast-paced environment and enjoys being of service to her team and those with whom she works.

Jessica holds a Bachelor of English from MSU Denver and a minor in Japanese. In her free time, she can be found writing stories, roaming the mountains with her husband, and learning other languages.
