Erin Greilick, Ph.D.
Erin Greilick supports leaders and teams to work with clarity and confidence. As Vice President at CMA Global, she partners with senior leaders across construction, healthcare, and higher education. Based in Denver, she focuses on strengthening individual and team performance that drives meaningful organizational outcomes.
Her consulting work focuses on executive coaching, team development, and cultural transformation. Erin takes a systems view, looking beyond surface challenges to understand the key factors that shape and impact behavior and performance. She asks thoughtful questions that allow clients to identify patterns, uncover root causes, and create practical solutions that last.
Clients value her ability to blend insight with partnership. They describe her as supportive, strategic, and focused on progress. Whether helping an executive through transition or guiding a leadership team toward change, Erin brings calm focus and an unwavering belief in her clients’ potential to grow.
Erin earned her PhD in Organizational Behavior and holds certifications in the CPI and OCI assessments. She is an active member of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP). Before joining CMA Global, she worked with leaders to manage large-scale change and taught graduate courses in leadership and organizational behavior.
Outside of work, Erin enjoys time with her family, traveling, and exploring new foods. She loves when those experiences combine, reminding her that curiosity and connection matter as much in life as they do in leadership.
