Echo is a bilingual communication-based problem solver with the ability to handle multiple projects and capable of providing advocacy. Echo has a Bachelor of Art in Applied Psychology degree focused on responding promptly to conflicts and crisis.

Outside the office, Echo enjoys solving puzzles, hiking, and spending time with friends and family.
