Dan Bean has helped hundreds of individuals and organizations of all types and sizes achieve their goals. Dan assists organizations with strategic planning, organizational development, talent management and executive development. He has a particular passion for working with family-owned businesses, especially during generational transitions. He draws upon over 30 years of consulting experience, 15 of which have been as Partner at CMA.

Armed with two Master’s degrees—one in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Western Kentucky University and a second in Business Administration from University of Missouri – St. Louis—Dan explores key issues that drive organizational performance.

When he’s not helping organizations achieve their goals, he enjoys returning to his childhood farm in Kentucky to hunt pheasant and fish for salmon. Dan is also a member of the American Psychological Association, the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Youthbridge Community Foundation, and Kirkwood Baptist Church.
