Dale Robison, Administrative Assistant

As Administrative Assistant at CMA Global, Dale Robison plays a pivotal behind-the-scenes role in keeping the team running smoothly. With more than a decade of office administration experience in fast-paced medical environments, Dale brings precision, calm, and a tech-savvy edge to every task—whether he’s coordinating schedules, supporting internal projects, or preparing client materials.

Dale is known for his eye for visual detail and his steady presence under pressure. A valued contributor to the CMA Global Family Business services and internal operations, he helps the team stay organized, focused, and responsive, creating the kind of infrastructure that lets great client work happen.

What makes Dale truly stand out is his gift for connection. He finds joy in the people around him and brings warmth and authenticity to his relationships at work. That same passion carries into his life outside CMA Global, where he directs the Francis Howell High School Color Guard and serves on the advisory board of the Mid-Continent Color Guard Association. A lifelong performer, Dale is also a bronze medalist with Allegiance Color Guard at Winter Guard International and has appeared in three Muny musicals in St. Louis.

When he’s not organizing or performing, Dale enjoys theater, dance, and downtime with his husband, Andrew, and their two huskies, Jolene and Lieutenant.
