Colleen Cui, M.S.

“My goal is to help people feel fulfilled in their work. I want to help each person develop skills and leverage opportunities to continue growing both as a person and as a professional.”

Colleen is a Ph.D. candidate in Industrial-Organizational Psychology at the University of Central Florida in Orlando, FL. She received her B.S. in Psychology and minor in Statistics from the University of Florida, and she completed her M.S. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from the University of Central Florida en route in her Ph.D. program.

Colleen has conducted research on topics in occupational health, individual differences, and diversity and inclusion. She has a special interest in training and development and likes to use her skills to help people make behavioral changes.

Colleen loves art and photography. She also enjoys hiking, picnicking at the beach, spending time with her dog, and volunteering at a local urban garden.
