By managing the tools and systems that support daily operations, Amanda ensures CMA consultants have the structure and stability they need to deliver thoughtful, client-focused solutions.

She holds a Master of Arts in Public History and brings a deep appreciation for systems, structure, and the stories data can tell. As part of the Operations Team, her steady leadership and collaborative mindset help bridge the gap between technology and people.

Amanda is most inspired by the team’s focus on connection and shared purpose. She brings that spirit to her work daily, jumping in to help, streamlining processes, and supporting her team wherever needed.

Outside the office, Amanda is all about adventure and family. She loves spending time with her kids and gets outdoors whenever she can, especially for kayaking and paddleboarding. A fan of psychological thrillers, she brings curiosity and insight into every aspect of life, both professional and personal.
