Will your candidate be interviewing with one of our consultants?
All CMA assessments include a group of questionnaires and review of background and work history. The inclusion of a behavioral interview is what separates the more in-depth comprehensive assessments from basic screening assessments. A behavioral interview is a critical step for roles with leadership responsibilities. We recommend an interview for management through executive-level roles as well as for more complex sales positions. For entry-level and individual contributor positions where leadership responsibilities are not as critical, a lower-level screening assessment may suffice.
Which option from the dropdown menu is best for the role?
If in doubt, you can always select “Custom” and specify what you’re looking for in the comments. A member of our staff reviews all requests before questionnaires go out to the candidate, so comments like “same as we used for the Dave Smith assessment last month” or “standard one we do for sales reps” are enough information to get the ball rolling.
