CMA Opens New Kansas City Office

CMA, a St. Louis-based management consulting firm, has announced a leader of its new Kansas City office on the Country Club Plaza. Kelly Reed, Ph.D., has been promoted to VP, Kansas City Market Leader, to head up the new CMA office. “I am excited to return to my hometown to serve as a dedicated, local resource for talent assessment, 360 feedback, coaching, facilitation, leadership development and OD services,” says Dr. Reed. CMA has had a presence in Kansas City for several years, serving over 40 private, public, family business, and non-profit clients in the area, including some of the region’s largest employers. This is the first of a series of planned moves by CMA to invest in the Kansas City area by building an ongoing and dedicated market presence. Since 1975, CMA has partnered with companies around the world to help them hire, develop and better understand their people, resulting in a stronger, more engaged and effective workforce.
