2022 Workforce Trends
Over the last couple of years, we have witnessed a transformation of the global workforce that has been largely driven by the pandemic and its associated impacts. To place this into perspective, research suggests that over half of the global workforce has been negatively impacted in some form, including but not limited to job loss, temporary layoffs, furloughs, pay cuts, and more. Beyond this, nearly all of the global workforce has had their work conditions changed in some way due to the pandemic.
