Savannah Sylvester plays a vital role in CMA Global’s business operations. As Director of Operations and Client Experience, she ensures every process runs smoothly to support high-quality service and strong client relationships.
She began her journey with CMA Global in 2014 as a receptionist and has grown with the company ever since. Over the years, Savannah has taken on new challenges, improved internal systems, and helped shape the way CMA delivers client experience. Her career path reflects one of CMA Global’s core beliefs: when you invest in people, they grow, and your business grows with them.
Savannah is passionate about process improvement and enjoys seeing how thoughtful changes can lead to real results. One of her proudest accomplishments is building a workplace culture where people feel comfortable being themselves, having fun, and working hard together.
Guided by her favorite motto, “Do Better,” Savannah brings focus and follow-through to every part of her work. She is inspired by the connection between operational leadership, team success, and client impact.
Outside of work, Savannah enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband. Hunting and fishing are shared pastimes that help them relax and reconnect. She also loves cross-stitching and crocheting during quieter moments. One day, she hopes to take a cross-country road trip to Alaska.
