Graham Zach, M.ED.

“I am dedicated to serving individuals and organizations who are striving to  impact the world.” 

Prior to joining CMA, Zach worked extensively in an inpatient psychiatric setting in which he helped individuals and families cope with mental illness using mindfulness techniques and positive psychology. He has worked with entrepreneurs, small businesses, and government agencies in providing consulting services regarding organizational culture, executive coaching, and employee mental health and well-being.

Since joining CMA, Zach focuses on coaching, organizational development, team building, and helping to cultivate organizational resiliency.

Zach earned a Bachelor’s in Health Science with a minor in Psychology, an M.Ed. in Counseling Psychology with an emphasis in Positive and Sport Psychology, and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology with an emphasis in Positive and Career Psychology all from the University of Missouri-Columbia.

In his free time, Zach enjoys riding his bike and hiking on local trails, attending live music, and persuading his wife to watch reruns of The Office.
