With a Bachelor of Arts in English and a concentration in creative writing, Jessica has always loved language. She also holds a minor in Japanese and earned multiple academic scholarships for her excellence in writing and cultural studies. Her professional background includes editing, design, and printing. She uses those skills every day to support CMA’s consultants and clients.

Jessica is driven by a desire to help others succeed. Because of that, she sets high standards for herself and takes pride in creating materials that help leaders and teams reach their goals. She thrives in CMA’s growth-oriented culture, where curiosity and collaboration encourage steady development.

Outside of work, Jessica recharges in the mountains, by the water, or with a good book in hand. She’s a writer at heart, a fan of symphonic power metal, and a horror movie enthusiast. Japan is at the top of her travel list. Until she gets there, she continues exploring its culture and language.
