Samantha England, M.S.
“Given how much time is spent at work, I think it is important for organizations to support the well-being and performance of their human capital. As someone who studies industrial organizational psychology, I am passionate about applying research to help organizations, and their employees, solve problems and thrive.”
Samantha received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Business from the Pennsylvania State University in 2018. She then went on to receive her Master of Science from the University of Oklahoma in 2020, where she is currently pursuing her Doctorate degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology with a minor in Quantitative Psychology.
During her time at the University of Oklahoma, Samantha has had the opportunity to work on several research projects investigating topics such as creativity, leadership, and ethics. Her thesis investigated the impact of understanding stakeholders on leader creative performance. In addition to research, Samantha has had the privilege of teaching a variety of undergraduate courses, as well as served as an ethics trainer for funded graduate students.
When she’s not working, Samantha loves to travel home to New Jersey to spend time with her friends and family. She is also an avid listener of true crime podcasts and enjoys watching the latest binge worthy tv shows on Netflix.
