Rob Miller, M.S.

“I believe that people have the potential to be leaders at all levels of an organization and I constantly seek ways to grow that capacity in individuals, teams, and organizations.”

Prior to joining CMA, Rob served for over 20 years in the United States Air Force as an intelligence analyst, instructor, and leader through which he gained extensive analytical and leadership experience. During that time, he became a skilled instructor and curriculum developer garnering over 2.7k hours of instruction and developing over 1.2k hours of curriculum impacting over 18k students. He also directed, developed, and coached 65 instructors (officer, enlisted, contract) in the Air Force’s premier Intelligence Officer Course.

Upon transitioning from the service, Rob realized his passion was in cultivating young leaders and helping organizations develop their talent and culture into the best versions of themselves.

Rob earned a B.S. in Interdisciplinary Studies with minors in Business Administration (HR Focus) and Instruction and Curriculum Development from Park University. He then earned an M.S. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Angelo State University and is now a Ph.D. Candidate in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at Florida Institute of Technology.

Since joining CMA, Rob focuses on leadership development, executive coaching, organizational development, team building, and employee training.

In his free time, Rob enjoys the occasional round of golf, reading a good book, or spending time with his family.
