Kelli Wuellner, Ph.D.
Kelli helps leaders and organizations unlock their potential, align their teams, and build habits that last. She has been with CMA Global for over a decade and serves as a Senior Consultant, focusing on assessment, coaching, succession planning, team development, and employee well-being.
As a leadership expert based in St. Louis, Kelli partners with clients from across the globe. She supports industries spanning healthcare, construction, engineering, technology, manufacturing, and financial services. Kelli combines evidence-based strategies with warmth and creativity, helping leaders see challenges in fresh ways and partnering with them to shape lasting solutions. Clients value her ability to create psychological safety needed for honest reflection and growth, as well as her knack for asking insightful questions that spark meaningful breakthroughs.
Kelli earned her PhD in Industrial–Organizational Psychology from the University of Missouri–St. Louis, and her BA in Psychology with honors from Saint Louis University. A licensed psychologist, she is a member of the American Psychological Association and Missouri Psychological Association. Earlier in her career, she taught a graduate-level course in psychological testing. She also contributed to federally funded Air Force research on trust in automation and studied ways to reduce cognitive load and stress in high-stakes environments. At CMA Global, she helps guide the firm’s coaching practice to ensure that science and best practices stay at the heart of client work.
Outside of consulting, Kelli is happiest outdoors. She enjoys gardening, hiking, skiing, and exploring new corners of the world with her husband. At home in St. Louis, you will often find her enjoying Tower Grove Park and discovering the latest restaurant to add to her growing list of favorites.
