Dana Auten Pollet, Ph.D.
Dana Auten Pollet helps leaders and organizations find clarity during periods of change. As a Consultant at CMA Global based in Denver, Dana partners with clients navigating organizational transitions, cultural challenges, and questions of alignment between values, people, and direction.
Dana’s work centers on organizational analysis, culture and engagement assessment, and leadership coaching. She helps organizations make sense of data related to culture, engagement, and change. From there, she supports leaders in translating insight into thoughtful, realistic action. With individuals, Dana focuses on self-awareness, relational effectiveness, and sustainable performance. She helps people navigate growth while maintaining balance and perspective. She especially enjoys working with early-career professionals and first-time managers who are defining how they want to lead.
Dana is known for her ability to hold both the data and the human experience at the same time. She helps clients make sense of complexity without losing sight of what matters most. Clients describe her as calm, grounded, and deeply attentive. She brings structure to complex situations and creates space for reflection. This allows people to slow down, interpret feedback, and move forward with intention. Her approach is relational and empathetic, guided by a genuine effort to understand context before offering direction.
Dana brings a strong foundation in organizational and assessment psychology to her consulting work. She holds a PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, with a minor in Occupational Health Psychology, from Portland State University. Before joining CMA Global, Dana worked in assessment and technology settings. There, she helped design, validate, and maintain tools used across the employee lifecycle, including hiring, development, engagement, and performance. She has also taught Organizational Psychology and Research Methods at the university level. These experiences sharpened her ability to translate complex research into insights leaders can use.
After working with Dana, clients often say their work feels more aligned with what matters most. Leaders report greater clarity, stronger self-awareness, and increased confidence in how they make decisions and show up for others.
Outside of work, Dana values connection and exploration. She and her husband prioritize travel and plan at least one international trip each year. She enjoys baking, hosting gatherings, and bringing people together in meaningful ways. Having grown up in Hawaii, she returns often. She also holds a deep appreciation for the Pacific Northwest, where she lived for five years.
If you’re navigating change and looking for a thoughtful partner who blends data, values, and human insight, Dana is ready to help.
