For the last ten years, Carol has been a crucial touchpoint for our clients. While she stays focused on her primary responsibility of scheduling assessments for organizations, their candidates and the consultants conducting the assessments, she also strives to bring a sense of humor to her interactions, brightening the mood of everyone she meets.
She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Communications, which helps her easily communicate with clients and candidates, addressing their needs and putting them at ease.
When away from work, she spends time with her family and two rescue cats.
