Ashley is a Ph.D. candidate in the Industrial-Organizational Psychology program at Liberty University in Lynchburg, VA. She earned an M.S. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Grand Canyon University in Phoenix, AZ.

While pursuing her Industrial-Organizational Psychology degree, Ashley worked in various human resources/talent acquisition capacities. Using her knowledge, she works with leaders in organizations, specializing in optimizing talent and leadership initiatives to increase the overall effectiveness of the organization’s strategic objectives.

Ashley loves the beach, movies, and art museums. She also enjoys spending time with family and friends in her free time.
