Five Barriers to DE&I Program Implementation

Implementing a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) program is a best practice. Studies show DE&I has the potential to increase sales revenue, increase customer base and ultimately increase profits. So, implementing a DE&I program is not only the right thing to do, it also makes good business sense. In fact, organizations that fail to take proactive steps to prioritize DE&I often find themselves unable to attract and retain high performing employees, behind their competitors, and struggling to meet business goals. Despite it being a best practice, many organizations struggle with its implementation.
